Is Jealousy Connected to Emotional Freedom?

Stop jealousy and reach your emotional freedom.

When you are struggling with your emotions, and want to reach emotional freedom, jealousy is one of the most challenging obstacles to overcome. Generally, emotional dependency and jealousy are both powered by the fear of abandonment. They show a lack of self-esteem and self-confidence.

People who fail to achieve emotional freedom, ignore their value or pretend not to see it.

Most of the time, people who are striving for emotional freedom, let emotions take control of them. Especially jealousy. Emotional dependent people are not scared of being fooled by others; they are afraid of being abandoned. Not understanding that, jealousy is harmful, is one of the most common mistakes people commit. Jealousy makes you suffer all the time; it can be the cause of a relationship to end. It can endanger your life as a couple.

As I wrote in my previous article (you can read it by clicking here the inability to find happiness inside yourself, prevents you from achieving your emotional freedom.

Most of the time, jealousy creates a vicious circle based on fear, suspicion, lack o trust. And in the worst scenario, the end of the relationship.

If you do not commit to finding serenity inside yourself, without depending on other people. If you do not take the responsibility of your emotions, actions, feelings, and beliefs, you will always have to deal with emotional dependency.

No matter what you can do or think, emotional freedom is only under your responsibility.

I’m telling you that because I experienced this situation many years ago. And only when I took the responsibility of my actions and beliefs, my life changed dramatically. And the positive change that happened to me was beyond my expectations. After these experiences, now I’m convinced that, one of the most important rules to follow for reaching your emotional freedom is stopping giving others the responsibility of your well-being.

And, if you do not trust your partner, your workmates, your friends or other people, find out the reason. Do not let jealousy or the fear of being abandoned to blind you. So, when you feel extreme jealousy without any good reason,  it will be useless to quit your partner, find another job, or behave unproperly. Next time you have another relationship, or another job, you will experience the same issues, until you decide to resolve your insecurities by yourself or by asking the support of a coach or a professional.

Don’t you think that time has come to reach your emotional freedom?

If you are tired of suffering and you want to find a way out, it is time to say stop to emotional dependence. The fear of abandonment does not exist. It is only a state of mind that you can solve at any time. But, if jealousy is now driving you crazy and you are struggling to get rid of it, the first step to emotional freedom is you to recognize the problem.

Yes, there’s nothing wrong acknowledging that you are a victim of your emotions, especially when you are facing a difficult situation. We are not superheroes, even though I’m sure we are in a certain way, that’s why it’s so important to take care of our emotions.

The first step to emotional freedom is to act immediately to solve it.

Do not jealousy or other emotions prevent you from being happy and live good relationships. You might risk having met your soulmate and not being aware of it because your emotional discomfort prevents you from living a serene life.
